Your webinars already contain the clips. We cut one point per clip.
You record tutorials, webinars and podcast episodes every month, and they sit at full length where almost nobody finishes them. We cut vertical clips out of that footage — a hook that works cold, captions people can read with the sound off, and one idea each. Your footage only. Never anyone else's.
Send one recording. We cut one section from it, free, so you can judge the work before spending anything.
The close breaks at bank reconciliation — here's the fix
Three tests decide what becomes a clip
Most of a webinar is not clippable, and cutting it anyway is how studios produce twelve forgettable videos a month. We look for the moments that already stand on their own.
A complete thought
A 30–75 second stretch that starts a point and finishes it. If it needs the slide before it or the question after it, it fails.
A hook that works cold
The first sentence has to land on someone who has never heard of you. “Most month-end closes break at bank reconciliation” passes. “So as I was saying” doesn't.
One action
A viewer leaves able to do one thing, or decide one thing. Two ideas in one clip means two clips.
Start with a paid pilot. Continue month to month.
No retainers to sign up front, no minimum term, no setup fee. If the first three clips aren't good, you've spent $350 and you stop.

From your recording to a delivered batch
Six steps. The clock starts when the file and the rights answers are in, not when the conversation starts.
- IntakeYou send the file, a transcript if you have one, brand basics, and answer the consent checklist.
- Rights checkOwnership, guests, music, third-party screens — logged before any editing begins.
- Transcript & selectionWe transcribe, run the three tests, and pick the set with a one-line reason for each.
- EditCut, reframe to 9:16, focus zooms for screen content, captions, clean audio, title card.
- QAChecked at phone size, first and last three seconds, names and numbers verified against the source.
- DeliveryFiles named by clip and version, suggested post text, and your approval on each clip.
What we promise, and what we don't
Plenty of studios promise reach. Nobody can. Here is the line we hold.
We promise
- Original edits of footage you own
- Turnaround measured from complete inputs
- Your meaning preserved — no misleading cuts, no bait hooks
- Clear labels on anything AI-assisted or sponsored
- You own the finished clips once you've paid
- Your footage stays yours — nothing shown anywhere without separate written permission
We don't promise
- Views, followers, leads or revenue
- Platform monetization eligibility
- Third-party clips, music or images without a license
- Posting on your behalf, in these packages
Before you send footage
What if guests appear in my recording?
We need written consent from anyone who appears in a clip. The intake checklist covers it, and we don't quietly cut around missing consent.
Do you post the clips for me?
Not in these packages. You post, or your team does. Posting can be quoted separately later, and only with a workflow you've authorized.
Can I get a 16:9 or square version?
Yes — one alternate aspect ratio per clip is included. It's a version of the same clip rather than a new clip.
What do you need from me to start?
A download link to one recording, a transcript if you happen to have one, your logo and two colors if you want them used, and the consent answers. That's it. Roughly ten minutes of your time per batch.
Who actually does the editing?
Haileselassie, working out of Aurora, Colorado. The studio uses software heavily — transcription, caption timing, reframing — the same way any modern edit suite does, with a human making every selection and checking every clip before it goes out.
Why should I trust a studio I haven't heard of?
You shouldn't, yet. That's what the free sample cut is for: send one recording, get one finished clip back, and judge the work rather than the pitch.
Send one recording.

Tell us the title of something you've already recorded and roughly where the good part is. We'll cut that section and send it back — no invoice, no call required.
